Give me advice for my g mauler

Hello there, I have a problem. My friend got 25 defence, and now he wants to pk with me in wildy. I think it is personally easier if we are the same lvl. Will it ruin my pure if I get 43 prayer? In my opinion it will, but I can also get a fire cape! Please tell me what you are thinking.

 

You won't be able to get a Fire Cape unless you have mind-blowing stats, especially Magic and Range.

 

I could get 75 range

 

prayer is always good i think dont get 43 prayer unless you are gonna use it. if i was u i would get the prayer not the def. eventually u might want to be thinking about smite. thats how i get all my drops
