Buying an account. Spending lots of money!

I'll have 75mill soon, since I don't have an account I'm planning on buying one.

I'm spending around 15mill.

Accounts I like: Skillers ( lvl 3 skillers! ), Stakers ( range stakers, def is not bad ), Mains with atleast 70-70-70. Anything els will be ignored.

Quests!!!

Very important, I HATE QUESTING. I LOVE SKILLING BUT I HATE QUESTS. So I need a fair amount of quests ( dragon slayer, some f2p quests, dt, rfd, ...)
THE MORE QUESTS, THE MORE CASH I PAY YOU!

Skiller
Needs some good skills, NO 99's. I want to work a bit on it myself, but I don't want to start at lvl 20 or something.

Stakers
QUESTS!QUESTS!QUESTS! Very important here. I prefer range stakers ( 80-85 ranged +some def ). NO PRAAAAAAAAAAAAAYER NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Mains
Now, these need atleast 70 range, mage, def, str and attack. Other skills don't mather. As long as they are not 1.
