    Account was active same day he was unbanned so clearly he hasn't forgotten about it but rather purposefully chosen not to inform staff about it in order to have an account without DNT restrictions.
    Somewhat similar to: H4rdc0re

    His other account Bob was also given DNT while he intentionally didn't make staff aware of OwenHalsey.
