Explanation of the trade:
I was making graphics for An agreed price of 40m as stated in the images below, Stated in my t.o.s midway through the service they cannot go elsewhere (Due to timewasting etc)
Midway through the service he left

How they scammed: Agreed to my t.o.s, Then when i started the thread he said he was going elsewhere without paying for the signature

Another thing.. you tell me halfway in the middle of order you cant complete this request.. Because of your ' fixed cavas size ' when you don't mention this anywhere on your thread.. And before we started i told you what i wanted and i even made a beautiful thread for it!
You accepted offer anyway.. like a buffoon.

We ran into problems as shown above in his pictures..
Eventually it became known as me " scamming " in his mind.. when im not paying for something i ordered that cant be made.
I wanted 2 sigs 1 thread layout..
He made the 2 sigs...
Told me i needed more than one layout for what i wanted... Told him no thats bogus...
You accepted this offer telling me it could be completed and now its not. and now we are here..

However in the screenshots stated above you said your going elsewhere even though i said i could make the thread layout however itd look silly it being around 5kpx height. as i work at 1250 normally and thats quite big as is.
You just agreed to me making the two signatures and i said well then you can pay for those and you said no. im going elsewhere, Completely disobeying the tos you agreed with.

Sorry for the delayed response guys. So what I'm gathering is there is a miscommunication in what can and cannot be done. I don't see why a similar layout to his current layout with the amalgamation of the 3 services combined in one layout cannot be completed?

As stated in a few screenshots above i told him itd look silly and wouldnt be worth doing so id prefer if he did 2 so it didnt take the user a while to read through, Because i dont think people would take the time to read 3 services to find information for one. This report wasnt on the fact that i couldnt make the thread layout, It was primarily on the fact that he liked the signatures and i got nothing in return for them.

Understandable that you may think it would look silly but coming to a full stop and saying you can't do it does give a bad impression to the buyer. I do think you deserve compensation for the signatures what do you guys deem fair?

 

As stated in above i didnt say i cant do it i said id rather not, But needless to say i only care about the signatures at this moment in time.
We agreed on a price of 40M for the thread layout and two signatures + animations.
Im thinking 25m is reasonable

He doesn't want to finish the order or cant? ( so he says ) A dispute comes up.. Apparently mods think graphic designing is god? So he wins the dispute, i got to pay for two sigs no thread layout? While hes sitting there laughing? Because my order wasnt finished and he still gets paid? How FAIR IS THIS @Entrr ? you in on it too?

 

I finished your signatures... And 3 hours of designing is like you doing a 3hr quest and not getting anything for it? Its silly. You even said you'd think mods will make you pay but now you're refusing. Now you think me and mos are scamming? Read the rules please bro.
