Buying a Background, Paying 1m+.

Hey guys, I am buying a background for my computer, the specifications are as followed:

I would like it to be an underwater picture of atlantis, with the main colors being blue (most shades) and black, with some small glowing orbs inside of the city (lights). I would like it to be mainly just water, but about the bottom 1/3 of the screen needs to be the city itself.

Please note, this is not a task for the lazy or those who are stretched for time. I am paying VERY well for this, and I would like to get my money's worth. I believe my screen is 1024 x 768. Please post here and add my msn, [email protected], if you are interested.
