    you can make a clan but if you have less then 5 people you cant wear the cape. just letting you know

    Need 4 People to help make my clan.
    No desire to wear the cape honestly. Have str and fire capes. I'm just making a very casual gwd clan where you can log on, be like hey, want to go do bandos, and get a group together to take over a world.
