I'm paying for 99 wcing or fletching, or both.
i won't supply, well maybe a rune axe but no more, i don't want scammers.
i will pay asa u get 1 99 skill so if ur doing both u get 99 wcing/fletching, then i pay full then u get 99 on the other.

but if you only doing one skill then i'll pay all when i see its 90, then u get last 9 levels
