What gear?
Preferably a rune crossbow, broad/runite bolts, and full void and a rune kiteshield/granite shield (seems most sensible set-up for ironman, it entirely depends on what you have available to you). If no void, then monks robes, rune full helm.

What stats?
Current stats are fine.

What food/p pots count?
Preferably 10 Sara brews. Otherwise 12 sharks. 3 Restore potions/super restores and rest prayer potions.

Price?
Depends on equipment available. I would quote 6m with the listed equipment. 9m with lower gear.

Time?
3 Hours.
