Since this is your first time buying a pin, use Mm so you will not get scammed it pretty simple how pins work. There are some trusted people that you can go first but then theres always those few that scam, so in your case its pbp thats your buying, you go to runescape main page, and click start new subscription, after that the seller of the pin will give you info on where the pin is from etc.. well good luck on buying your first pin!
