Have you had any contact with him since the account was recovered? Have you asked him to recover it for you?

I cannot find evidence that this user is a ban evader. Also MisterMayhem joined in 2014 and iForru joined in 2011.

 

I mean I can give him more time to reply to my sythe and skype, but he bears responsibility in the first place to make sure his account was secure

I also 2 factored auth his/my account to prevent IN THE CASE there was a trojan on my computer, He is the original owner
