How to make a new account securely?

So what would be the best process to make a completely new OSRS account from scratch, with the purpose of handing it off to someone else for training?

I want to make sure that after the account is trained, they are not able to recover it from me. Haven't played rs in years(since 2012), so I'm not familiar with all this new stuff like authenticator and w/e. Just looking for a general process.

So should I make a completely new email account, or can I use my personal email to link it, are people able to view my email if they know the osrs pw?

Also, should I pay for membership with CC?

What are the most important factors to ensure that I can make a recovery after the training is done.

 

Just have your own email registered on the account.

If you have your email registered on the account, simply request a password change, and the trainer will no longer have access to the account. There is no need to recover it.

And if the accout was made on your home IP, the trainer will not be able to recover it. It doesn't matter how you pay membership

Yes. Home IP > anything else in an account recovery

And no. Unless you have email login, there is no way for him to see the registered email registered on the account. Only thing he will be able to see is something similar to this

 

Ok sweet, that's exactly what I was wondering as far as email goes.

And home ip is determined as the ip used to login to the accnt for first time? worried about this bc ill log on first, but then the trainer will be logging in a lot more to train, so maybe that would take precedence since that ip is showing a lot more activity?

 

What is a bond, and what else is included in etc?

Just do tutorial island yourself, and you should be fine.

Personally, I just pay membership with bonds. Would say it is safer that way, but not 100% sure. If you don't know what bonds are, it is pretty much just membership you can buy with ingame gold. Check out these links for more information

It's a lot less complicated than other people are making it out to be.

Just make sure the account is created by you and that you keep your IP as is - you don't need anything else to ensure the account is secure in your hands.
