Where do I find the answer to,
How many people have registered a domain within the UK?
How many devices there are in the UK?

Have you tried checking domain sale sites such as GoDaddy or Host Gator?

Also, can you be more specific when you say "devices"? Do you mean things that are connected to the internet? In that case, 6.4 billion devices in the world and 60 million internet users in the U.K. I found that here http://www.internetlivestats.com/internet-users-by-country/

There's a bunch of websites, mainly owned and operated by Internet service providers, that give you information about these types of things. The search topic is called "IoT" or "Internet of Things".

The most reliable answer to the domain question can be found on the website of the official top level domain owner. This statistics also include domains registered by people outside of the UK though.

If you're looking for a reliable answer to how many domains are registered by users from within the UK then that's probably going to be a hard task because there are thousands of registrars.
