I need help :(

Dear Sythe Support,

I am writing this message to you because I am seeking help. I have tried everything to my power to get back to my sythe account vytuxis but nobody from staff or administration has replied to my Account recovery thread and it has been moved to archive. I really need a feedback from someone as I don't know what is going on my email [email protected] was hacked not too long ago and hacker recovered my skype as well as sythe account, and my RS account. I have informed sythe about the incident here:

After that Sythe Banned vytuxis (to prevent any further damage) I have made a recovery thread but unfortunately nobody replied.

Right now I am living in Manchester (IP: 90.219.6.186), UK. Previously I was living in Preston, UK. Original IP from Lithuania: 78.63.36.136

I have been on Sythe for over 8 years now, I love site and community, and I really want to get back to it. I would appreciate very much if you could Unban vytuxis and reset its password to its original email address that I have secured ([email protected])

Nobody here can really help you. You will have to wait for an admin to help you recover your account.

You will need to provide more information if you want your account back. First of all:

- recover your original e-mail and add 2 factor authentication to it.
- recover your skype and add 2 factor authentication to it.

If you can not gain access to your original e-mail you might get your account back via one of the following details:

- information about your donation (if you've donated in the past)
- SVU information (if you were a Sythe verified user)
- IP match (not possible in your case)

If you can't provide any of these and if you don't have access to your original e-mail then you might not get your account back. If you can provide any more information add it to your account recovery thread to speed up the process.

I can ask my brother to login from home computer to proove my original registaration location

 

The link to your account recovery thread doesn't work though. You might want to post that here too so @Dave can take a look at it.

Normally they're visible for everybody. Your thread might not have been approved yet. All you can do now is wait. I tagged Dave so he'll probably see this.
