Doing and offering are two different things AFAIK I dont know any other trusted person except Chechen who would do it cheaper If you're looking for "cheaper" option I'm doing jad-only kills for 2.5M or $3, it shouldnt be hard for you to get to jad unless you're having slow connection or slow PC
