Scammer here.

In his post he says he will use an official mm, then on msn he says it costs too much. After I said i would pay the fee he changes his story and says he doesnt have enough time, but seeing how this is about 10 mins later there would have been enough time and ehs still online. Well heres pics of msn convo and proof of his sythe account:

 

Though he does sound a lot like a scammer, he can't be banned for saying he wouldn't have enough time.
