Any way to use mouse recording without a ban?

I am trying to do a lot of fletching but it's very tedious and all bots are pretty much detected without proper VPNs, VPS, etc. so I was wondering if it is easy to get banned mouse recording fletching, I would record fletching legit for 1 hour and then replay it for next 5-6 hours and maybe alternate between 3 records each day. Would this minimize my ban? Has anyone actually tried this recently and hasnt been banned?

 

i did this using a mouse recording macro, i recorded myself doing it legitly for about an hour and a half, and then i replayed it, and I have done that about three different times, and i use them in random orders, and i go to a really public place like the ge or some bank chest and i have gotten 115 fletching, this is on runescape 3 though, i think the same thing would happen on 07 though, just make sure you don't mess up on the mouse recording because i did one time and i left it reapeating for like 12 hours and got like 5000 xp lol, gotta be careful good luck dude
