    Been bulking up winter currently at 200 pounds ht 6' 1" looking to get leaned out but stay around 180-190 [​IMG]

    Sick progress man, I never thought about doing a before and after. Took a "before" picture today, I'll post again in a month of eating 3500 calories a day and working out 5 times a week haha

    Yeah man. I swam Division 1 for my school and was always able to stay in good shape. Quit and now I just want to bulk and reach my body's natural limit. I'm a small guy, only 5'5" and my peak weight was 145 with something like 5% bmi. My goal is to hit 160 at some point but that would be a few years from now of bulk.

    That's awesome man just keep at it let me know if you need any help a have pretty good meal plan and workout routine for bulking up during the winter

    Damn insane! I used to keep track of my stuff and take pics once a week for a year but I fucked up my phone and had it repaired and they factory reset it and lost all my progress :(

    As soon as I'm able to hit the gym again I'll have a pretty sweet before and after. The best looking before and afters are the ones where the person was previously fit and let themselves go as the before. Then it's pretty simple to get your old body back with some hard work and it looks like you made years of progress in a month or two. That's what mine will be like :p

    Like this guy from FouseyTube, some say he did it on purpose to get views because like I said those type of transformations seem the most impressive:

    Thanks Jack Goff I've always been natural though.

    My primary goal is to get a body fat percentage of around 8% with the same or a little more muscle mass.

    I am also trying to increase my bench press but that's just a secondary goal. I'm currently maxing at around 290LBS with good form(touching the chest) and my goal is to reach ~350LBS.

    I'm lean unfortunately working on eating more food and working out but so far the results haven't been stellar other than better definition.

    awesome man looking good keep it up that is a good amount of weight for your bench is that your one rep max or what and i am looking at about the same goals as you 8-10% body fat but remain at around 200LBS currently 6'1"

    What is your current weight ? and what are you looking to do bulk up a little then cut down while keeping your muscle definition and weight

    5'7 ish and I'm 130 ish pounds. Small ish build, arms are defined and not tiny and I have a strong core with abs. My goals are to be healthy with more strength and a bit larger of a build. Larger arms, shoulders, back. My current abs are good though I still work on core atleast once weekly.

    That's great man you should start dirty bulking and maybe buy some weight gainer I would suggest bulking up and cutting later before summer starts

    I'm at 5"10'ish and only 155. I've considered looking into going through a bulking phase but not sure how to go about it.. I'm relatively lean already (of course I could be more lean).. But not sure if I should bulk to 175 or 180 and then cut it? More work to do regardless
