Return Buy-back banned account

What do you guys think of this idea? I had posted this similair idea on the Runescape forums a long time ago, but I only got negative feedback about this idea. Even though I came up with good arguments, they think mostly bad things would happen such as returning a RWT'er account.

There are positive things about this idea and some negative points. What do you guys think? It would give the players a second chance to get back in game. Price of buying your account is determined by stats, levels that is gained or the importance of a rule. In this case: using third party program mostly cause permenant ban.

Anyway, I want to hear your opninions!

 

i think its a good idea, and as far as people arguing returning of a rwt'er account, how many people do u think will buy back their accounts knowning dam well jagex will be watching that account lol, their argument is fail. I think its a great idea.

 

They would probably strip the account of its wealth, I doubt many people would do it unless their account was fully maxed or something along those lines.

 

Good idea or not it will never be implemented.

 

Maybe this idea would have passed pre-eoc, but that was back before jmods publicized themselves so it would've been extremely hard to gain support for it. No way that it would be implemented these days.

 

I wish this was implemented lmao. Won't happen though.
