    I want to train/build custom plans for 3-5 users from here. Because this is completely free I am limiting it to a very small group of users. I am going to be giving you the full on online personal training treatment. Workout, Nutrition, Skype Chats, Constant Updates etc..

    Who Am I?
    19 years old. Turning 20 in a month. Been training since 2010 and have tried almost everyone out there. It was not until recently (2015) I really feel I have finally cracked the code to this whole health and fitness thing and want to share it.

    My Approach
    I consider myself to have a very unique approach and mindset, I tend to draw criticism for it but the results don't lie.

    My Diet Approach: It's pretty simple, I meet my macros and I track my calories with an app like most people. But I make it as enjoyable as possible. You won't find me eating broccoli, sweet potatos, brown rice and chicken breasts all day everyday. I make sure to meet my macronutrient and caloric goals but I eat what I want and enjoy myself (explained more below)

    My Lifting Approach: I've drawn criticism for this but it's fine because I am doing what works for me and what makes me feel and look great. I workout only 3-4 days per week never more than 4 (95% of the time it's 3 days per week). I don't do curls, skull crushers, cables. I don't do 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets. I train for strength goals at a low bodyfat % Why? Because this almost guarantees you to have an amazing body. Think about it if a guy with 7-10% bodyfat can incline bench press 225 for 6 reps there's no doubt he'll have an amazing chest, if he can shoulder press his body weight for 6 reps there's no doubt he'll have amazing shoulders, you get the idea. There's much more too it but that's a summed up concept.

    I like to keep it real guys, this picture was taken TODAY 6/17/2015. Believe it or not these pictures was taken one hour after having a KFC chicken meal I am being completely serious. No muscle pumps, no sodium/water depletion, I am being 100% real with you guys.

    I believe in keeping lean 7%-10% year round. No cutting no bulking. No crash diets, No limited meal plans, No Supplements. I enjoy my desserts my eating delicious food (just like practically all humans). Yet again I kid you not, as I type this I am eating 2 chocolate chip eggo waffles :laugh:

    Why am I doing this?

    Remember this is 100% Free. I am going to be charging clients hundreds of dollars for this sort of thing in the future and you have the chance to get me training you for free.

    I am doing this for a few reasons.
    1. To get feedback on my work after around 6-8 weeks together
    2. To get some before and after pictures with written testimonials in my portfolio
    3. Get more experience testing my online model
    4. Make some awesome friends :)

    What will the training be like?
    I will individually chat with all of those who I select over Skype, review your goals, and create a plans for working out and meals. Each person gets their own 100% customized plan. I then put the students together in a group and every few days a do a group lesson. The group will hopefully help you all motivate each other and discuss your thoughts over the course of 6-8 weeks together.

    Brief Summary Of Your Fitness Goals: Too work for a nice physique. I don't want to be skinny any more

    Are you willing to allow me to use before/after pictures and will you take before and after pictures?: Yes of course

    After 6-8 weeks together will you be willing to give me feedback: Definitely

    What makes you my ideal trainee over others applying?: I am a very humble person and a nice person to be around. Well I have been going to the gym for a couple of months and seen some gains. It would be great too see the progression of someone my age as I am quite skinny and hopefully you will be able to see some big results. And I don't give up until I have reached my goals!

    Closing applications tomorrow 6/19/2015. I have a decent amount of people so far (I am running this on multiple forums) but am still looking for one or two more.
