Anyone else have to pay and how much did you send off to the government?

Didn't pay mines yet but income tax alone is $30k after calculating all of the expenses

, not sure about capital gains yet but my capital went up $125k, so probably 40kish tax. Luckily capital gains don't count as income or I would be fucked for taxes.

Newly built houses, purchased them from builders and resold them. Its only worthwhile if you have a real estate licence and can save $10kish on commission.

When I first started it was iffy because if the house didn't sell within a couple of months I would lose couple thousand on interest, but now its not too bad since I don't have to take out money from a line of credit.
