Asking for the gold to be delivered or a refund of payment from Dovis.

 

I can confirm that this user purchased 1B OSRS off me yesterday via UKBT.

Since my bank supports Faster Payments in the UK, it is usually instant. However it can take 2 hours and in some cases even longer.

In my experience though, I've never had any issues with UK FPS taking more than 12-24 hours maximum. Usually, the banks put up a warning if FPS payments will be delayed, as they are typically only delayed when the bank is performing maintenance.

Just re-phoned my bank a few minutes ago to make sure everything was correct. They confirmed the money was sent and has definitely gone through with no errors.

- Can show proof of calls if needed.

Will be opening up a fraud claim tomorrow as the department is now closed, unless this is resolved before then.

Not saying Dovis has scammed however I need to get this resolved as it’s a lot of money. Only way to retrieve my money is via a fraud claim.

I just saw this thread, thought I'd say something. @Mayweather listed everything out as it is, the payment of 372 GBP is still pending. I am doing everything in my power to make the payment go through faster, I've emailed my bank twice and called them earlier today. As I promised, I'll call the bank once again tomorrow to see if they've moved forward with the transfer and either give @Mayweather his 1B 07 or ask my bank to cancel the transaction if it's going to take much longer to clear.

Looking forward to solving this and really sorry @Mayweather that the bank I'm using makes us wait so long, I'll make sure to compensate for you after this is resolved.
