What can i do with this account for PVP

Hello guys i really really want to get into PVP but i do not know any good set ups now with the new levelling system so can someone please tell me some great set ups for this account to be good in PVP

This isnt a pure so i WILL level Defence if thats for a good setup.....

Attack: 60
Str: 64
Def: 1
Hp: 62
Range : 60
Prayer: 52
Mage: 79
Summoning: 1

Im happy to try out anything so give me alot of suggestions Range is my favourite combat though
