Terms and Conditions

Please ignore this thread if you request a middleman for this service. This service will be buyer (me) dealing with seller (you) directly and no one else will be involved.

All payments will be done via PayPal in (GBP or USD) currency after disbursement period of 6 months (No exceptions). The term 'disbursement' is the act of paying out or disbursing money. Examples of disbursements include money paid out to run a business, cash expenditures, dividend payments, the amounts that a lawyer might have to pay out on a person's behalf in connection with a transaction, etc. In this case, it will mean that funds will be sent by buyer (me) to the seller (you) after 183 days of the account being sold.

Requirements:

1.) A valid government ID matching your name & address on PayPal and another picture of a written note with the ID in case I require to charge back this transaction
2.) I'll be sending in USD/GBP currency
3.) I serve the right to refuse any sales if not ID is provided

The term escrow period in this regards, refers to timeframe between successfully transferring ownership of the account from seller (you) to the buyer (me) with the specified payout day of 183 days.

The Escrow period for all accounts will be 30 days based on GMT Timezone. There will be an Escrow period for all user no matter the reputation of this user, please do not take any offense to this as it will be standard procedure.

• If the account is listed on Sythe blacklist topics - I will refuse this transaction.

• Any temporary, permanent bans or marks during escrow period will result me cancelling this contract. If account is locked before disbursement period, no disbursement will be made.

• Once ownership transfer has been made, I will not be using the account during 1 month escrow period apart from logging to do a brief check on the account in-game. I will be logging in to check that account is not locked/banned. This is to ensure a cool down period from the previous owners activity. If the account has been used for anything fraud related and resulted in negative J coins balance, the transaction will be terminated.

• Once escrow period and disbursement is made, the deal will be considered done.

• Any recovery attempts/successful attempts will result in the disbursement been cleared. Any attempts to recover will be considered as a scam. Scams are not tolerated and a report will be filed against you. Your account details will be submitted blacklist on Sythe and if I deem necessary I will provide all details to Jagex.

• If you do attempt to scam or successfully scam, I reserve the rights to dispute the disbursement on PayPal. If I deem necessary collection agencies will be contacted to recover funds, we will use all the resources available while following the local law guidelines to collect the funds.

• You will not give me any account recovery details - You will only give me account login details following transferring ownership. Therefore if there are any locks initiated by Jagex or original owner submitting a recovery request.

• By agreeing to sell ownership of your account to me you automatically agree to these terms and conditions listed above.
