Terms Of Service For Ordering:

1.) You are not allowed to log in to any account having services completed on it. Unless the current agent on the account gives you the right to login (screenshots must be provided), if you log into the account without permission, your order will be terminated without giving you a refund.

2.) You will NOT recover the account while it is in our possession. If you need to terminate your order, please contact us, and we will allow you to change your password back. Any attempts to reclaim the account prematurely will lead to the order being terminated instantly, without us resuming later.

3.) You will need to change the password immediately AFTER the service is completed. This is for your safety! We will not be held responsible for any bans/mutes/hacks after the service has been completed.

4.)No refund requests can be processed once work has begun. Only partial if an order requires refunding, only the unfinished portion of the order will be refunded.

5.)All payments are to be made before the service can start on any order. If order is higher than deposit of the collector Ovi#2007 must collect it. You must have all requirements for quests/other services paid for.

6.) If an order is taken and the account does not have the required stats or quests, we will ask if you would like the portion of the order refunded or ask for payment to obtain the requirements.

7.) There will be people claiming to be us trying to scam you. Always verify discord accounts and a unique ID. We will not refund you if you get scammed by an imposter.

8.) We will not use any macro, advertise, or abuse any bugs on your account.

9.) You must remove any excess gold or items from your account before service. You shall only provide a bank PIN if the worker needs bank access to complete the order. Failure to do this means we will not assume responsibility for any wealth that goes missing.

10.) Breaking any rules will result in termination of service and loss of payment.

11.) Time frames will be given to the best of our ability. However, please understand that things can suddenly occur in real-life. In the case of such a thing happening, you will be notified right away.

12.) By ordering from us, you recognize the risks of having our agents or us on your account and will NOT hold us responsible if Jagex infractions your account. No Exp Waste is not responsible for any mutes, bans, locks, HCIM deaths, unwanted experience towards accounts, or loss of account wealth before/during/after the service. This is necessary to protect ourselves from potential accidents and/or disconnections.

13.) You must have adequate membership on the account to satisfy the duration of the order.

14.) Our staff will never message you. First, the only exception to this is when dealing with them on a ticket. Please ALWAYS confirm in the ticket you are speaking to the correct person.

15.) Resources collected will be kept by you unless specified otherwise.
