Most likely a scammer,wanted to buy my account when I told him theres no bank anymore he changed his behavior and then said he can't buy GP cause of his country?? Then I asked him how he would pay me and he blocked me instantly when i caught him on the lie

Scammer? What a bold statement to make. Please show some legitimate proof before you accuse people of scamming. You didnt have what i wanted and when i tried explaining to you, you tried to come with pushy solutions instead of respecting me not wanting to buy the account with you.
