$20 reward maxed main hijacked :S

Hi, a maxed main I rent out has been somehow hacked, its email was hacked and from there they took the account.

I'v given jagex recovery information maybe 15+ times and they automatically reject me for some reason, I know all my information is correct because I have all passwords saved for when I rent out the account, so I can easily provide almost 200 different password. I'm wondering if because most of the passwords were only on for an hour do they not count them?

recovering the email doesn't work either. I honestly think their automated system is just fucked, I know everything I wrote was correct but it just does not accept it.

subscription details I left blank because i used bonds I'm not sure if this is where I'm screwing up, they have no option for no payment options.

I used 3 of my previous passwords that I gave to people that were renting the account, they were all saved so I know they were all 100% accurate.

I knew the exact creation date because I made 4 at the same time and I sold a maxed main to someone. I asked them to talk to hans and from hans I knew exactly how many days old all of the mains were.

My isp is obviously right so I have no clue what is going on, I even tried putting that I moved house, because the people I rent to obviously live in different locations to me.

I'm pretty sick of trying, but I do not want to give up on an account worth $300 so easily. I'v tried every combination of anything I can think of but I really cannot think of anything else.

If anyone can solve it to where I get my main back i will give you 20m in btc, pp, rs3 or 07.

 

It is getting denied instantly because you are lacking to provide a certain peice of important information. Leaving the subscription details empty is where my guess is at. If you tweet @jagexsupport on twitter about you not being able to recover your account, they will sometimes provide you information such as "you need to include more subscription details or old passwords". Atleast this way you can then determine where about you are lacking the succifient information in order for you to focus more on that area of information when submitting the next appeal. I had this problem a year ago, It took me 3 appeals which got denied but I was providing everything I had, I tweeted and they replied saying i was "VERY CLOSE" to getting an accepted appeal but I was lacking a certain peice of information. Once i got this information the account was accepted within the next appeal. Just try it and let me know how it goes.

 

The newer passwords dont really matter. Its the first and oldest of ones that matter. Second of all are you sure the guy you asked to talk to hans told you valid information? What I also think is effecting you is you need to give any other details such as bond payment. in the other details boxthey do read it). You need to tell jagex your exact location , where you live or lived. Oldest ISPs . In general the oldest of information you have is important. Also if you get auto denied that means your info is off. If your appeal takes a lil longer that means your close. From personal experience.

 

When you recover an account and it gets denied, click on the link in the Jagex email, then enter the account username. After that you should be able to see what exact information you are lacking. I'll give you an example with some screenshots of me "failing" to recover my skiller account.

** Do note that they may ask for more information below as well, for the sake of not having the photo to be 10 meters long, I've just cut it short.

Looking at your circumstance, what you are lacking is probably using the original password when the account was created. This is usually the deal-breaker for account recoveries if you are certain that all the other information provided is correct. You are correct that the newer passwords generally don't count. Give the ORIGINAL password and then the next 2 OLDEST passwords for the account.

Some additional notes :
-Select "no" for the section where they ask if you have moved houses as well.

-You are correct in leaving the payment section blank if you used bonds.

-Do NOT spam the account recovery system. They might permanently lock the account under suspicious activity and god knows how you'll recover it then. If you dont get an email from jagex immediately, dont worry! Give it at least 1 hour before trying again.

Thanks to everyone that has replied, I got an email from the email provider of the maxed main today, if I cannot recover the email I will attempt all of the above and of course reward whatever person gave me the advice that helps me get the acc back

i Think this mostly happens if you dont put in the creation password. Other detail arent that important and I had the same problem recovering my main after a hack

No I feel I'v wasted a lot of time, nothing has worked, I even got the original email account back and they said they wont do anything.
