Jagex are saying they are making moderations to bounty hunter to stop RWT?
How are we going to xfer any ideas?

there making stuff too stop it like you only get 70% of the drop. thats the fixing they did today

 

They are increasing the penalty time to 5 minutes and making it
2 minutes before you can re-enter, making it almost impossible
to tank without a clan.

there will always be a window where you can trade RWT so there must be something you can do too transfer money too another

 

The only possible way i can think of transferring cash at the minute is Junk tradins as, that is not against Runescape rules to do.

You would have to pay 1.4m for 1m to be transferred. For instance: you buy 10k Maple logs, fletch to willow longs (u) and trade for 1.4m. You only get 950k profit.

then everybody would have 99 fletching in 1 year XD and the ( U ) would get more worth everyday so it will become populair junk too
