Where did all my shit go?

Started up an account about 2 months ago, botted wcing for like 2 weeks, then been botting mage ever since, most I've done is 10 hours a day, usually only bot 6 hours a day. I log on to my account to start the bot and all my alching stuff and about 5 mil is gone, nothing worth over 10k left on the account. Any idea what might have happened?

You were hacked. As far as I know, Jagex doesn't wipe things like runes or armour unless it's obvious you bought that stuff to launder dirty GP that you bought. Also, they haven't wiped GP for botting in a long time; they seem to only care about wiping xp. Long story short: the only people interested in the stuff you said you lost would be a hacker. Like magic school bus said, it's possibly the maker of the bot you were using or also possibly just a keylogger you've never noticed. I suggest you do several wipes of your hard drive to check for viruses.

powerbot, magic alcher or some shit. Just recently got this computer, guess I'll run it for viruses. The only way I would get hacked would be through powerbot because i've only went on that account on the browser, and powerbot client.

 

I use powerbot and have for a while and never got anything like that... Check into other things....

 

there was a reset a bit ago, because i was at the ge fming and some kid had like 25m or some shit and everyone disconnected like a day or two ago and he was crying caz it was gone.

 

What was the total value of the stolen items? I'm botting on my pure with Powerbot and there's around 70M on it.

 

Ratted, or just someone just plain new your info, I hear a lot of Java drivebys are happening.

 

Sounds like you got hacked. Or what Wrote_Murder said, and like I've seen everywhere on the internet, you may have recieved a RAT from a dirty link and never knew it. I highly doubt PowerBot is worried about hacking accounts and taking alch items.

 

It sounds like you've been hacked, jagex generally only resets skills.

 

Yeah it was only like 5-6m it was a new account basically, scanned my computer and nothing came up. Maybe the bot dropped it on accident? I have no idea.

Last night I set up my bot at about 7pm, went to a concert, and was home by 2am. The bot only ran for about 45 minutes before it logged out/failed, but it was still at the lobby screen. None of my stats are reset, so I don't think it is Jagex, still baffled at how I could get hacked though.

 

i also got hacked 12m and fish masks gone. gg rs been a great ride for 6 years. just realised got hacked after i saved the password and username on the powerbot and i sued the aioagility script.

 

I never saved my password or username on the bot, so that wasn't it.

 

oh i just realised i got hack because of a image folder fuck me

 

Jagex definitely wouldn't take your items away, you probably got hacked.

 

oh well i just lost 20m only . il recover it back quick tho

 

Either Keylogged by the Bot makers...
Or simply Rolled back by Jagex?

I used an alcher and it dropped something.

Lucky I was babysitting.

It's just a bad alch script.
