Hey everyone. I got in the negatives with my paypal somehow and I am 1 cent short. It won't let me add funds with my credit card, says you can't add a greater amount of money in your balance or something like that. If anyone wants a extra vouch from me if you help save my life from this, please PM me. I need help real bad.
