Would I be stupid enough if I was a ban evader to use the same format

Would I wait over a year to sell my names if I were a ban evader?

Omega happens to know about Samâ„¢ even though he joined this month. Doesn't that sound fishy.

Ive seen his report on 'Name Trader' too, Omega wasn't even around when Samâ„¢ and neither was I

Samâ„¢ is a close and good friend in-game and I bought these names from him through MSN

Why was I banned for selling his names which he sold me?

Name Trader happened to be selling a name 'Duel Arena' which was from Samâ„¢'s names

Why when I buy a few names from Sam try selling them I get banned?
I have no proof but I hope this screenie from 'Received Files' helps
