2 issues with Playerauctions

First to start off happened on 12th of July, I had a 30M 07 order. The status changed to 'Pending Delivery' which means I am able to delivery him/her the gold. I gave the gold to him these are the screenshots:







After I gave him the money I see this:




2nd issue, a newcomer ordered 10M 07 gold. I contacted him on Playerauctions where to meet (because he had on his message: PM me)
(The guy opened a dispute that he did not receieved it, after that he said:
'never got it could''ve easily photoshopped it got scammed for my money'
