2.5-3m+/hr Transfer Method

I'm selling a guide which is either a potential moneymaking method but an even better Xfer method. The only requirements on both accounts is a really low range level (less than 50) But higher stats would be benificial.

Personally using this method I can transfer between 3m-3.5m an hour, which is in part due to my combat level. Average level accounts will be transferring closer to 2.5-3m.

question; do you have to have lower than 50 range? or can it be higher?

 

It can be higher, the higher it is the better.
