scammed me

i would like to report someone that scammed me .. i only have a few screenies he just wont give me back my acc i trying to sell man yesterday i was selling it to him i didnt trust him so i verified the acc so he can change pass only so he will trust me a little bit so after that he changed it but then he send the money to a paypal account wich isnt mine/ locked twise !! i even told him to copy and paste my email adress .. now he thinks i scam ppl but i dont ..

please do something i'd like to get my account back talk to him like if u dont give me ur acc then ur gonna get banned + if he gets banned then can i have his ip adress ??
