[1Pray]Fire Cape?

Would this even be possible to do on the current 07 - I know there were people doing it with ~65 magic and 1 prayer but I was not sure if it's still possible

Impossible. You won't be able to survive once the 360's come.

 

It'd be impossible. Previously on the updated cave you could because it was super easy traps for the 360 but now without being able to trap them 100% of the time it wouldn't be possible.

 

Than how did the guy on runescape pures for old school. He is 31 pray so if you can do with that than 1 pray seems plausible if you have high enough HP. What pray flick would you do at 31 pray that would be of any use.

Could be possible if you were really good at walking the 360s and had a shitload of purple sweets and patience.

definitly impossible with 1 prayer, 43 being lowest you could get the job done with.

 

1 prayer capes are still possible. They're extremely difficult, though, and I believe using a dark bow and standing under Jad and the 360s is the only relatively consistent strategy.
