Account help pl0xxx!!

So I bought an account and ive been playing on it for a couple of weeks and set iDung on it and had it running but for some reason it entered the pw in wrong too many times and now my account is locked and i tried putting in my recoveries and my email is even registered to it! but they guy who sold me it only gave me the following information
Last payment: RS game card 30 day
Created on: Bigpond, Mexico
ISP: Comcast
Now i keep getting denied on my appeals? help please!

To me it sounds like the person you bought it off just regained control.

 

Yeah he recovered the account. Sorry for you losses, you must always remember all accounts are never secure unless you're the original owner. Even then it's all about trusting the person you're buying the account from.

 

But when i try to log in it says my account has been locked so wouldn't it not say that if he had recovered? plus my recoveries are they same?

 

You can't expect to recover the account with minimal information....

 

That's why you shouldn't buy accounts from people. The main owner can easily recover it.

 

The guy has not recovered it, the guys saying that are wrong. The account is locked because if you entered an incorrect username and password it would not tell you the account is locked, so obviously the details are still the same.

As for the account, you will just have to keep trying and hope they let you unlock it.

 

I guess you should contact back the guy to recover back for you.

 

Did you buy this account from someone here ? Or do you have a way to contact the seller? Because as sycophant has said the account has not YET been recovered it is just locked due to too many incorrect pw's and what not.. if you were using the CORRECT pw and then got the error the seller may have changed the pw on you and had the account locked that way so he could recover at a later date without raising suspicion as a scammer. I have heard of this happening several times and is really a pretty clever way to go about it . To get the account back post on the forums on the locked accounts behalf and provide the information you have to try to get it back they will more than likely not give it back with the limited information you have. Another route to try given he isnt in the process of recovering it is to email jagex as a parent trying to get their childs account back . GL

Contact the seller to see if he will try to recover it for you. If he doesn't respond you were more than likely scammed and should file a report.

 

Your first hint that you were dealing with a scammer should have been that there's no such thing as Bigpond, Mexico...

googling "Bigpond" alone says that it's an Australian ISP... In all honesty, this was pretty poor trading on your part. You shouldn't buy an account from someone if they can't give you enough creation details, let alone give you the correct ones.

i did a lil research on him and he was last active on 8-9-12

 

Yeah im hoping he gets back to me:/ hes a really cool dude and the trade was easy and smooth

 

well that "really cool dude" fucked you over the end . there is no big pond mexico and none of the info you have is legitimate. i hope you took screenshots and we can have this prick PERM banned instead of him SRB'ing trying to avoid the heat on this matter which is obviously what he did .

 

Accounts can get locked due to wrong password, they also can get the email rollbacked. Hope the guy you got it from can help you restore your ownership and change emails.

 

Contact the original owner and see if he is willing to help you recover it, although I believe he recovered it back, to my knowledge there is no place called bigpond mexico -_- you should be more careful with your trades. Sorry to hear about this :/

 

To get it locked without raising suspicion the seller can send an email to jagex saying their account was hacked and their email was changed. Jagex will then send you a manual recovery form.

Sounds like the seller did just that.

He definitely recovered it, just make a report if you have any proof and then move on.
