Well, I figured the way of denying/accepting/pending/incomplete application process was boring. One to two words was not enough, and very unUser Educational. So me and TDD came up with what is going to be said on Applications from now on. Say whatcha think, and if anything should be added.



Accepted:


Dear [applicant's name],

Congratulations are in order!

You have been accepted into the User Education team!
Before you can begin posting guides and joining in discussions in the private forum, take a few minutes to read the rules, and meet the User Educators.

Accepted.



Denied:


Dear [applicant's name],

Thank you for all your hard work you have put into your application. . However, the User Education team has voted, and decided that it has not fully met the requirements to be accepted. Regrettably, I must deny your application for User Education.

I do, however, implore you too apply again, and never give up. If you need help on your application, simply ask an available User Educator online. They will gladly assist you in your questions while making your application.

Again, sorry.

Denied.




Pending:


Dear [applicant's name],

Thank you for applying to be a part of the User Education team. Your application has been viewed, and is set to Pending. Presently, a poll on whether the User Education team feels your application should be approved or denied has been created.

If at any point you desire to change something in your application, simply inform us, via post, of what changes occured. Sometimes the smallest tweak can change a User Educator's vote. Should you wish to withdrawal your application at any time, please notify a Head User Educator, and they will remove it.

Again, good luck on being accepted.

Incomplete:


Dear [applicant's name],

The User Education team has reviewed your application, and found it to be incomplete. We would like to remind you that a rule is in effect that no incomplete applications are to be posted unless permission has been given otherwise. You may reuse the guides you have posted in this application in a new complete application.

In my opinion the Pending and Incomplete ones arn't needed.

The Accepting one is fine but for the declining one you should give a reason.
