Quest ready accounts

Hey guys I was wondering how much someone would pay for accounts that are made ready to complete all quest (skill requirements)

Notes:

• The accounts will be all skilled by hand
• People can make their own lvl 3 account and I wil work on that account
• Every progress will be shown via osbuddy to prove not botted
• I also can do the quest as well.

My question is how much would these accounts go for if I started selling these and how much would you think it would cost to have the account made with these stats and me doing all the quest myself.
