Husky - Scammed 50.25

I purchased a 1-character login Steam Account

The account initially had the Steam Works Developer Badge for some reason or another, Husky claimed he needed to remove it for my "Safety" and he promptly removed the Badge somehow, I'm not sure how but that did happen.

I ignored it and used the account as intended, to buy and play games.. Everything was fine until I was in the middle of playing Rust and suddenly Valve flagged the account for Fraudulent activity. The funds I added were returned to my PayPal account by Valve and my subscriptions were all removed.

I contacted Husky and showed him a screenshot of the issue and he said he could resolve it with the Support and the OE account, I waited and asked him now and then on the progress of the ticket. He offered me a refund while I was off at work. Later I wanted to take him up on the offer of just getting a refund cause I already have my old Steam Account back and I dont want to jeopardize the status of my old steam account with this nonsensical fradulant alert stuff. When I asked for just a refund he whined about not being able to resell it and telling me I should take the OE and support account and write to support when I clearly stated I'd like a refund.

He later said fine, do refund, you not me. Which makes me think he's saying screw me I have to dispute the funds to get them back. So I'm going to go ahead and call this a scam..

basically it seems like husky wants no responsibility for what he sold.
