Superheating to 99 Smith & Magic

Working on several different accounts currently, wanting to get 99 mage om all 4 of them. I have never had smithing cape and would love to get it.
Curious, has anyone superheated to 99?
Whats the best thing to Superheat?
What was your loss after it was all said and done?
