The user visited our website: www.goldstop.net and wanted to purchase 300m 07. He said he had troubles on other websites because his credit card would not allow him to send money internationally. He tried on our website a few times and then said it wouldn't work and our live chat then went offline. He then still tried and found out that the credit card allowed him to pay $25 at a time and he purchased 18m 07 gp for $23. Since our live chat has gone offline, I noticed the message on mobile and asked him to add me on skype so we can message him once we are online again (in a few hours). After that HE asked for a refund which we did and a minute after that he said he'll wait for us to come back online instead but we already had refunded him by that time. He then claimed that we broke his card since paypal froze it and that the money we refunded can't go back to his bank or something and we appologised several times. He wanted us to give him the gold without having his money on our paypal balance which we obviously could not do, so we offered him 10% discount on his next order but he insisted on him receiving the gold anyway.

All in all it's not our fault since he didn't tell us to NOT refund him in first place and I think it's unfair to have him post on this thread with such words just because we have not given him what he wanted, which was receiving the gold without having paid for it.

Awful seller.
In albeit was a complicated situation, I, as a buyer, had to wait 4 hours for the seller to "come back online" after I had received replies after submitting my order/purchase. Then amongst their incredibly delayed responses, they made a mistake by refunding money I requested for them not to, saying I'd wait until they'd come back online.
They ignored this and didn't tell me until after I had waited for 4 hours, and their actions caused me to lose the money, and my card to be locked due to suspicious transactions.

They are going to respond to this with whatever excuse they'd like, but they literally gave me no utilizable compromise. Offered me a minuscule discount if I ordered over 15x what they couldn't handle in the first place. I was originally planning on ordering a larger amount and this was my first transaction to go through but obviously after this experience I won't be purchasing from them.

They can make excuses or say I'm wrong or my fault or whatever they want, but when there's tons of other sellers with much better vouches rather than a bunch of buyers who made their accounts last week, I'd recommend going for another seller.

Literally -5/10 rating, I lost money, their actions fucked up my payment method, and they took 0 responsibility nor had any customer service.
