Registration error

Hello sythe,
I have been sent here from an error page I got while trying to register an account on your forum. It says that my IP address already has an account named "jaret" and will not allow me to register. This is impossible because my household only includes me and my girlfriend and no one else. I have lived in this apartment for about a year and have no idea where the account jaret comes from or how it was linked to my ip? If someone could help that would be great. I'm a fairly new player to old school runescape after a 10 year hiatus and would like to be part of the forum. Thanks in advance for your help.
