Not able to reset account password.

    Not able to reset account password.
    Logging in prompts me to change password due to not having 2 fact authentication.

    Problem is I am not getting an email. I have tried periodically, last attempt was maybe 3 days ago.

    Am not sure why I am not recieving an email or what I can do to access my account (despite knowing my user and pass)
