PayPal Scammer MINKAH TOR DAVIDSON-GUILLIAMS [iHQ won the chargeback]

I'm not sure if this user has a sythe account, but here's the information of the user who scammed us.

amount scammed: opened up two charge backs for the amounts of $95.20 and $68 for 07 gold.
