WU issue with R2Pleasent

Hello everyone, I really regret having to fill out this thread today. I've used R2P since 2008 to purchase RSGP without any issues. However, this transaction is giving both him and I quite the headache.
Please note, he requested me to post the details of this transaction here.

So lets get into it, I purchased 2.2B RSGP via WU, for about 689.7 Dollars With the fees, 750USD. The WU money order was filled out correctly sent to the right person, the delivery method was filled out correctly, to be picked up at an agent's location. The WU transaction was initially put on hold, makes sense it was large number, I called WU immediately to verify the transaction, I was told it was cleared for pick up. Then I told the person on R2P's live chat that it was go to be picked up. Then I got an automatic pick up email about 15 mins after my first phone call.

This is all normal, however after this is where things start getting fishy, then I get on R2P's live chat saying I've received the email, they said that their contact, the guy who claimed my money, said he wasn't able to get it. What triggered the automatic email from WU saying it was picked up then?

Then I called WU to see whats going on, I talk to about 3 different people all look into the MTCN, and eventually they conclude that R2P's contact tried to withdraw the money via online and not the agent location. So I was instructed to tell R2P to tell his guy he'll have to to the physical bank, naturally we have to wait a full 24 hours for their contact in china to get to the bank.

Fast forward, he gets to the bank about 28-30 hours after the initial purchase and then tells us that the banks are busy in the morning so hes got to go back. Okay , another 4 hours, hes at the bank, they tell him That he will have the money but have to wait 3-5 days for him to withdraw it.

Now my concern is, why am I stuck here waiting for my GP when clearly something is going on with the people in china and R2, I paid through WU, talked to 3 specialist and said the money has been claimed through WU to the Chinese bank. The money has been taken from my bank account. It is not longer my money. I feel like i have done everything in my power to finish the transaction. But now the Chinese bank is holding it for whatever reason, but Im being held responsible.

Now for my proof, I have hours of chat logs from R2P's website support, screenshots of my emails verifying the instant pick up, but upon R2P's personal request he told me to post without and he would agree with what I had to say.
