1942 and PARTYGP - similar birthdays, but the IP is a network sharing device / proxy and not home a home IP
1942 and maihmeihana - same proxy, other than that, I can't see any connection
1942 and Wijnaldum - IP match, other than that, I can't see any connection

1942 and AccountBoost - no IP match, different geolocation, I can't see any connection
Regarding the 2266 total level account, this is indeed sketchy, but I don't think it's enough to ban 1942.

Could you provide any proof, please? Did you exchange vouches, or can we see a screen shot of your conversation?

It would confirm, that 1942 is Wijnaldum, as there's already an IP match.

I've put a DNT on @1942 for now.

 

User @1942 has been permanently banned for ban evading @Wijnaldum

and can explain himself in Dispute a Ban or TWC section, or Request a Pardon.
