and @ OP You're clearly just salty that you got banned due to an iffy report.
Whilst you're mad you got banned and want there to be "strict actions taken!"

A child like ihate got away with stealing pictures that are required to prove an account is legitimate.
If you steal a picture off a GFX user claiming it's your own just for attention you're fucked with a 1 month ban for plagiarism.

But if you steal a picture to falsely verify if an account is yours you get jack fuck all.

You can't add more rules if the most aren't even taking action of current ones.
