Extrapulate, IProAce, and TomPwnsU

Hello I am all 3 of the above users. I got banned for selling a hacked RS account name but didnt really sell it....I think thats how it went haven't been on sythe for many years. I would like to get back onto one of the three accounts I prefer Extrapulate....but I need to get on IProAce and TomPwnsU to clear some of my information off it....if you don't mind may I get pardoned for a small mistake and ban evading?
