Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you-

I came forward on September 29th, 2015 concerning my evasion of account CrapInAcup, which was banned years back. I had been participating in the community, doing small trades, and spending some fun time on the spam forum for about a year, when I decided to clear my conscious and issues I've had in the past.

In October, 2014, I created my account Rebirth2316, while in rehab, to help pass the time and reconnect with something I loved in the past. Runescape and related communities I always held dear to me. I enjoyed it here on Sythe and after successfully completing my recovery continued to use it without bringing any bad business to the site. This recovery and change of lifestyle is what eventually led to my admittance of ban evasion.

I'm including a photo of my successful recovery completion just so the mods don't think this is a bullsh*t sob story.



So what happened with my account CrapInACup was honestly a byproduct of my addictive personality coupled with immaturity. I did not have sympathy for others and I was suffering from a flash addiction in staking with the release of the duel arena and free trade in 2011. I scammed three people for what seemed to be small amounts at the time but had a bigger impact on the community than what I could comprehend at my young age. The adverse effects of scamming such as others seeing it can and is being done, so why can't they, and also the victim becoming malicious and taking his revenge on another honest community member, therefore starting a vicious cycle. These are nasty events which I am soulfully apologetic for.

I was able to contact 1/3 of the victims after multiple attempts of contact. He told me not to worry about it, but if I was going to be stubborn to supply him with a $5 XBOX Live code. I did this, and he redeemed the code. I'm going to provide pictures of attempted contact and also confirmation of the code received below.

I appreciate mods reviewing this and accept any decision made, and I will not visit the site under any means of evasion if denied.

For clarification, you need to be upfront with all of your wrong doings when requesting a pardon and I do hope you do so next time.
