There are two offenses on the account for macroing. Were both of them committed by fullhelm?

Also, can you include the last bit of skype conversation where you confront him about this?

 

Yes both by him, the first ban happened withing 24 hours him starting you can see the graphs on crystalmathlabs as to where get gets me banned the first time. I have never botted ever.

So, not only did he bot on my account he did it, got banned, didn't tell me and sat the ban out. He started up again once he could log back in from the first ban.

You can see that he lies about what my hunter level was while it was banned I didn't notice at the time though. http://i.imgur.com/3WoQslg.png time stamps are there.

 

He's already banned; however, he will need to refund you if he ever tries to return
