You're asking quite a lot with the ban meter and being a new comer.

 

Don't really want to give away my account for pennies just because it has a ban from over a year ago. If you don't bot after purchasing it won't get banned, problem solved, no value lost.

Also, I may be a newcomer but everyone has to start somewhere. I've quit and want to sell my account - Don't really want to have to build up a reputation on a forum which could take several months, just to get rid of my account.
